Suggestions For Use

Mouth Rinse:
Fill this dispenser with 3% hydrogen peroxide. Drugstore brands are fine for now, later, check www.lifestylechanges.info for how to obtain and dilute food grade hydrogen peroxide. Each morning and evening use this to clean your teeth. Pour about one ounce in your mouth. Use your tongue to keep the peroxide in front of your teeth. Then, tip your head down and gently rinse your teeth. Let it clean your teeth and gum areas for about 30 seconds. Keep it away from the back of your throat as it will dry out your throat. Do not gargle. Discard the liquid and then brush your teeth. Then rinse with water several times. If you see a lot of foaming in your mouth and gum lines, reduce your rinse time to 5 seconds, then work up to 10, 20 and 30 seconds. Gradually you will get your gum lines clean.

Teeth Whitener:
Fill this dispenser with Rembrant Plus Peroxide Whitening Rinse, available at supermarkets and drugstores. This product does list benzoate, saccharin, and cremophor RH 40 as ingredients, but it does work and it is the easiest way to keep your teeth white. Use it once a day for one minute. Like the Mouth Rinse, keep this product in the front of your mouth by keeping your chin down, and rinse thoroughly with lots of water. Don't reverse your whitening by drinking red wine or black coffee.

Mouth Wash:
Note: Not recommended for use in households with children or recovering alcoholics. Fill this 8 ounce dispenser with 4 ounces of 40% grain alcohol (vodka), then fill to the top with 4 ounces of water (reverse osmosis filtered or distilled). This results in a 20% alcohol solution. You can use this to gargle and rinse, as it is a very effective and safe mouth wash. It's food grade mouth wash. Try finding food grade mouth wash at the drugstore.

Throat Rinse:
Place a funnel in this dispenser and add a 1/2 measuring teaspoon of salt. Check the label to be sure the salt does not contain aluminum. Then fill to the top with 8 ounces of reverse osmosis filtered water (or distilled). Invert several times to mix. At the first sign of a sore throat, gargle with this salt water. You don't want a sore throat to turn into a cough, to turn into the flu, to turn into pneumonia. Take that first sign of a sore throat seriously. Remove the cap and microwave the salt water for 30-45 seconds until warm (less time if you have a 1000 watt or higher microwave). Gargle with the warm salt water 4 times a day until you feel confident that your sore throat is gone.

Throat Spray:
Fill this 2 ounce container with your salt water Throat Rinse and use it to spray the back of your throat to help fight sore throat.

Remember, poor oral hygiene is a source of chronic bacterial infection into the body.
